The holidays are right around the corner, and yearend activities at the Pharmacy are probably proceeding in earnest. Year-end reporting and summary documents need to be compiled and fresh forms and binders will soon replace the tattered and worn ones from 2023. With the passing of the November 1, 2023, deadline, the revisions of the USP compounding chapters have become compendial applicable.
