This series of articles has covered many compounding subjects, and on more than one occasion, I have asked the reader to consider both lessons learned, as well as to look forward and consider changes that will keep your practice in-line with regulations and your patients safe. This installment is a bit different in that, we will address recent regulatory & policy changes close to home as well and what the US Pharmacopeial Convention is proposing in an attempt to change in the compounding universe.
